2. Welche Daten werden verarbeitet?
Bei der Registrierung / Anmeldung:
- E-Mail-Adresse (zur Authentifizierung)
Bei der Nutzung der App:
- Projektdaten (Name, Beschreibung, Stundensatz, Status)
- Arbeitszeiteinträge (Datum, Dauer, Beschreibung, Abrechnungsstatus)
- Materialien und Materiallisten
- Laufender Timer-Status
Alle Daten werden primär lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und – nur wenn du die Cloud-Synchronisierung aktivierst – zusätzlich in Firebase Firestore.
3. Zweck der Verarbeitung
Die Daten werden ausschließlich verwendet, um die Kernfunktionen der App bereitzustellen:
- Arbeitszeiterfassung und Projektverwaltung
- Optionale Synchronisierung zwischen Geräten
- Anzeige von Statistiken und Exporten
Es findet keine Weitergabe an Dritte zu Werbe- oder Analysezwecken statt.
4. Drittanbieter – Google Firebase
Die App nutzt Google Firebase (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) für:
- Firebase Authentication – Verwaltung der Anmeldedaten
- Cloud Firestore – optionale Datensynchronisierung
Google Firebase ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

5. Datenspeicherung und Löschung
- Lokal gespeicherte Daten können jederzeit über Einstellungen → Datenmanagement oder durch Deinstallation der App gelöscht werden.
- Cloud-Daten werden auf Anfrage per E-Mail oder beim Löschen des Kontos entfernt (siehe Konto löschen).
- Es gibt keine automatische Löschfrist – deine Daten bleiben gespeichert, solange du die App verwendest.
6. Deine Rechte (DSGVO)
Du hast das Recht auf:
- Auskunft über deine gespeicherten Daten
- Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten
- Löschung deiner Daten
- Einschränkung der Verarbeitung
- Datenübertragbarkeit (Export als JSON oder CSV direkt in der App)
- Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung

7. Sicherheit
Alle Verbindungen zur Firebase-Cloud erfolgen verschlüsselt über HTTPS.
Passwörter werden ausschließlich von Firebase verwaltet und nie im Klartext gespeichert.

2. What data is processed?
During registration / sign-in:
- Email address (for authentication)
When using the app:
- Project data (name, description, hourly rate, status)
- Working-time entries (date, duration, description, billing status)
- Materials and material lists
- Running timer status
All data is stored primarily locally on your device and – only if you enable cloud synchronisation – additionally in Firebase Firestore.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used exclusively to provide the core features of the app:
- Time tracking and project management
- Optional synchronisation between devices
- Display of statistics and exports
There is no sharing with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
4. Third-party provider – Google Firebase
The app uses Google Firebase (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for:
- Firebase Authentication – managing sign-in credentials
- Cloud Firestore – optional data synchronisation
Google Firebase is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Data storage and deletion
- Locally stored data can be deleted at any time via Settings → Data management or by uninstalling the app.
- Cloud data is removed on request by email or when you delete your account (see Delete account).
- There is no automatic deletion period – your data remains stored for as long as you use the app.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your stored data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability (export as JSON or CSV directly in the app)
- Objection to processing

7. Security
All connections to the Firebase cloud are encrypted via HTTPS.
Passwords are managed exclusively by Firebase and are never stored in plain text.
