Delete account and data

This page describes how you, as a user of the TimeLog app (developer: Sebastian Dendtler), can request the deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

1. Deletion directly in the app

If you can still sign in to the app, this is the fastest way:

  1. Open the TimeLog app and sign in with your account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap “Delete account”.
  4. Confirm with “Delete permanently”.
Deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app (e.g. after uninstalling it), send an email with the subject “Delete account” from the email address of your TimeLog account to:

s.dendtler@yahoo.de

Your account and the associated data will then be deleted within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently and completely removed:

4. Is any data retained?

No. After deletion, no personal data is retained. There is no additional retention period. Any technical backup copies are also removed as part of the regular backup cycles.
